Windows Phone 7 With No Thethering At Launch

Yesterday it was reported that Microsoft is going to enable tethering and it will be carrier's choice whether to use it or not.  Today, Microsoft officially came out and said that in the the first launch of Windows Phone 7 tethering will not be included.

At least were finally getting some information about the OS and hardware and as we get closer to the launch of Windows Phone 7 launch expect for even more information to appear.
