Over the past couple of months we have slowly obtained more information about the first Android Tablet, The Samsung Galaxy Tab and it looks like now we have received the last piece of the puzzle. Word out of T-Mobile, who will be carrying the Tab, there are two price points. One on contract and one without a contract, prices will be $400 and $650 respectively.
I think we can all agree that these price points are not what we were expecting or hoping. With the iPad priced along the same lines as the $650 Tab pricing (without contract) it would seem that the Tab is going to have a difficult time gaining market share. Of you could buy the Tab on contract for $400 then cancel immediately eating the $200 early termination fee and save yourself $50.
